Incorporated in the year 1992, Verma Gases (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located at Vadodara in Gujarat. Mr. Narendra Singh Verma is the CMD of the company, under whose headship we have emerged as an eminent Manufacturer and Supplier of Ammonia Chemicals.

• VERMA GASES (INDIA) PVT. LTD.: Manufacturer and Supplier of Anhydrous Ammonia and Liquor Ammonia with the highest production capacity of 510 M.T per day in India.
• OM SAI ENTERPRISES: Second modern Ammonia Manufacturing Plant in Aurangabad, Maharashtra with a production capacity of 45 M.T per day. Catering Ammonia suppliers in Central, South India.
• UMA TRANSPORT: Has Road Tankers ranging from 10 MT to 15 MT capacities for transportation of Ammonia and Propylene.
• OM SAI TRANSPORT: Government authorized bulk quantity transporters for Ammonia having road tankers ranging from 10 to 21 MT.

Infrastructure
We have invested a large amount of capital in developing our state-of-the-art infrastructure. Our manufacturing plant is located at G.I.D.C Panoli (chemical zone), Ankleshwar, Gujarat India, 300 kms from Mumbai (Bombay), 71 Kms from Dahej Port and 550 kms from Kaldla Port / Mundra Port. We have support of highly advanced machinery and testing equipment that have enabled in the bulk production as well as proper testing of our chemicals.

OM SAI ENTERPRISES is the second manufacturing unit of the group located geographically at center of India and adjacent to DMIC (Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor), Aurangabad. Plant caters to customers throughout India. Apart from Ammonia supplies the plant manufactures Technical grade Ammonium Hydroxide and DI water for Smart VSC-HVDC system (Smart Voltage Source Converter based High Voltage Direct Current).

Network
We have nurtured a well-coordinated distribution network, which is spread not only in India but also in the overseas markets like Asian Countries, U.S.A, South America, and Europe. It has enabled us in timely and prompt delivery of the products to the clients. Subsequently, we are one of the reliable Ammonia Liquor Exporters in India.

We have grown over the years to be a comprehensive business for Ammonia needs inclusive of the flagship industrial gas & liquor requirements and the transport and safety needs to support it. My team carries with it immense experience and intrinsic values of the company to take the enterprise from strength to strength. We have been at the forefront of new technology and upgrades. Recently we are preparing to meet international standards as applicable and to be best in industry in our segment.
